Meet The Chef

Chef Katie Featherstone officially began her culinary career at Johnson & Wales University, then went on to intern at the prestigious George Hotel in Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, UK.

Upon returning stateside, she worked at the critically acclamined Enoteca Vin in Raleigh, NC, under Chef Ashley Christensen. Katie then went on to further her education by obtaining a Sustainable Agriculture Degree and working in area farms.

Since 2008 Katie has been using her knowledge of classical cooking techniques and sustainable farming to create the perfect mix of fine dining and fresh, local ingredients. We look forward to helping you create your ideal dining experience, whether at home, work or in an event space.
